The National Health Corps (NHC) is a public health-focused AmeriCorps National Service program that aims to foster healthy communities by connecting those who need it most with health and wellness education, benefits, and services while developing tomorrow's compassionate health leaders.
We recruit, train, and place paid volunteers for a 10.5-month service term. NHC's members help build healthy communities by providing essential health education and access services to individuals throughout the United States - Central California, Florida, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and San Francisco.
We invite you to join us for our National Health Corps Central California Information Session, where you can learn what it's like serving as an AmeriCorps member in the NHC Public Health Leadership Corps Program!
In this session, prospective applicants will learn about the National Health Corps Program, its eligibility requirements and criteria, the activities that they would be participating in, as well as the interview process.
