Join Math Department Faculty in a series of workshops where you can ask questions and brush up on your math skills! Located in the CRC Learning Resource Center, LRC 204.

• Confidence Counts: Overcoming Math Anxiety
  February 18: 10:00 to 11:00 am
  February 19: 2:00 to 3:00 pm
  Empowering students with practical strategies to manage stress, shift negative self-talk, and approach math with a growth mindset. Participants will leave with tools to build confidence, increase resilience, and perform at their best.
• Study Smarter, Not Harder: Own Your Learning Style
  February 24: 2:00 to 3:00 pm
  February 25: 10:00 to 11:00 am
  This workshop helps students identify how they learn best and apply strategies that match their strengths. Walk away with practical tools to boost retention, improve focus, and take control of your academic success.
• From Setback to Comeback: Bouncing Back After a Failed Math Exam

  March 10: 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
  A failed math exam doesn’t define your ability—it’s an opportunity to regroup and grow. In this workshop, students will learn practical strategies to analyze mistakes, rebuild confidence, and create a focused plan for their comeback.
