PeopleSoft and eServices Are Available

As of 5:00 pm on August 27, PeopleSoft and eServices are available. Students and employees may log in and resume normal activities.

Add or Drop Classes by August 30

Students who need to add or drop a class should complete the request in eServices by the end of Sunday, August 30. Finalizing your enrollment by this deadline is essential so the Financial Aid Office can accurately calculate and process your financial aid.

If you already submitted an Add/Drop Request form by email or on paper, do not submit the request again in eServices. Admissions and Records staff will process the request you already submitted.

Continue attending all your classes while your enrollment changes are being finalized.

Financial Aid Disbursements

Once enrollment updates have been entered into the system, the Financial Aid Office can complete the required processing. We expect both federal Pell Grant and Cal Grant disbursements to be delivered by Friday, September 4.

This is a delay, not a loss of financial aid. Students whose aid has been awarded and cleared for disbursement will receive the full amount they are due once processing is complete.

We recognize that a delay of approximately one week is incredibly challenging for students who depend on these funds for books, housing, food, transportation, and other essential expenses. Carefully completing enrollment and financial aid processing will help ensure that students receive the full amount of aid they are due.

If you are experiencing food or housing insecurity, assistance may be available through your college's Basic Needs Center. Visit Basic Needs Resources for information and support.

We sincerely apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience throughout this situation. Our IT team will continue monitoring PeopleSoft and eServices closely.
