About the Exhibit
Our Future is a juried exhibition featuring creative and imaginative artworks by students aged 9 to 20 from around the world, showcasing their unique perspectives on the future world.
The competition theme aims to encourage young people to express their perspectives on contemporary issues such as the climate crisis, the AI revolution, cultural conflicts, and technological monopolies through art, exploring the harmonious coexistence of humanity and nature and a more inclusive model of civilization. The exhibition will showcase outstanding juried works, and award first, second, and third place winners, honorable mentions, and various best-of-discipline awards in each age group.
All award certificates are jointly signed by the Dean of Los Rios College Arts, Media, and Entertainment division and the Cosumnes River College Art Gallery, representing international authority. The exhibition specifically solicits entries from young people worldwide, primarily from the Veneto region of Italy, China, and local California students.
Notably, 100 outstanding works by California students will be selected each year for exhibition in Venice, Italy, promoting international cultural exchange.
