Application packets for the 2024 Medical Assisting program cohort will be accepted via e-mail through June 15, 2024.
- Please fill out the application and save it as a PDF.
- Make sure that your name and/or student ID are visible on your transcript.
- Email all documents (including letter of intent and required course pre-requisite transcripts) as an attachment to: burnsc@crc.losrios.edu before the June 15, 2024 deadline (disregard the dates stated on the application itself).
Applications must be complete and legible to be accepted.
