Josue Gutierrez

Josue Gutierrez
Pronouns: him/he/his

Hello everyone! My name is Josué (pronounced “ho-sweh”). I'm a first-generation college student majoring in architecture at Cosumnes River College with the goals of earning an AS (Associate in Science) degree, transferring to the landscape architecture program at the University of California Davis to earn a BS (Bachelor in Science) degree, and later on working in the landscape architecture field. As a Student Advocate for the Center of Inclusion of Belonging I look forward to helping people attending and visiting campus to feel welcomed, included, encouraged, respected, and supported in both their experience and goals on their educational journey. Some of the things I enjoy during my free time are sharing experiences with loved ones, meditating, being in or near nature, reading books, playing soccer, watching anime, snowboarding, and cooking. Thank you for your time and I look forward to connecting with you in the Center of Inclusion and Belonging.
