Use this form to request that an item be placed on the agenda for an upcoming Club and Events Board (CAEB) or Student Senate meeting.

Please note:

  • Agenda item requests must be submitted at least one week before the meeting date.
  • If the agenda is already full, either the Senate or CAEB chair will contact you to notify you and make other arrangements for a future date.
  • Agenda items are arranged by the chair of each board, and subject to their approval of the request, purview of the board, and if items can realistically be placed on agenda due to time restraints, other requests etc.
