Thank you for your interest in running for the 2025-2026 ASCRC Student Elections. If you are interested in running for a position, it is helpful to review the ASCRC Constitution, Clubs and Events Board Bylaws, and Student Senate Bylaws before applying.

Election Season Timeline
- Monday, March 3 at 8:00 am: Election Application available
- Monday, March 17 to Friday, March 21: Spring Break
- Tuesday, April 1 at 5:00 pm: Election Application due
- Thursday, April 4: Verify candidates' eligibility and notify candidates
- Thursday, April 3 to Friday, April 11: Pre-campaign orientations
- Monday, April 15 to Wednesday, April 23: Campaign Period
- Tuesday, April 15: ARC Candidate Forum
- Wednesday, April 16: CRC Candidate Forum, 12:00 to 1:00 pm in the Library, L-106
- Thursday, April 17: SCC Candidate Forum
- Friday, April 18 at 3:00 pm: Candidate Expenditure Forms due electronically
- Monday, April 21: FLC Candidate Forum
- Tuesday, April 22 and Wednesday, April 23: Elections from 8:00 am until 11:30 pm
- Thursday, April 24 at 3:00 pm: Supplemental Final Campaign Expenditure Forms due
- Thursday, April 24: Deadline to remove campaign materials
- Friday, April 25: Election results posted, upon verification

Interested in Running for Office?
Candidacy Verification and Public Information
Every candidate for election to the ASCRC Clubs and Events Board or Student Senate must complete the online ASCRC Election Application.
The Advisor uses this information to verify that the candidate meets all of the requirements and is eligible to serve as a Student Leader of the ASCRC on the Clubs and Events Board or the Student Senate. Any information provided on the Google Form may be shared with the public.
Steps in the Candidate Election Process
- Submit the online ASCRC Election Application before the deadline.
- Once submitted, an ASCRC advisor will reach out to you via email to confirm your candidacy and next steps.
Read the Associated Students of CRC (ASCRC) Constitution, the Clubs and Events Board Bylaws, and the Student Senate Bylaws.
Run for Student Trustee
The student trustee is a districtwide position representing the student perspective on the Los Rios Board of Trustees and chairs the Student Advisory Committee. Apply to run for student trustee from March 3 through April 1.
Spring 2025 Student Elections
Student elections will be held on April 22 and 23, 2025. Voting is conducted online, from 8:00 am to 11:30 pm each day. Currently-enrolled students can vote for on-campus student association leaders as well as the districtwide student trustee.
How to Vote
Voting only takes a few minutes and makes a lasting impact on your campus environment and student experience! Here's how to cast your vote:
- Log in to eServices on April 22 or 23 between 8:00 am and 11:30 pm.
- Click on Other Resources.
- Click on Elections & Surveys.
- Review candidate information in the Student Voter Guide (which will be posted in early April).
- Proceed to the voting site – and vote!
