This celebration is for the class of 2023. Only graduates with an expected graduation term of Summer 2022, Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 who have applied to graduate will be allowed to RSVP and attend the event.
As of May 8, 2023, each graduating student will receive four tickets for their guests.
Graduates will be responsible to give their guests the tickets.
Graduate tickets will be sent out on May 5, 2023 to the email address that was used when registering for the ceremony.
Guest tickets will be sent out on May 8, 2023 to the email address that was used when registering for the ceremony.
Questions about tickets will not be answered until after May 9, 2023.
No, tickets are free of charge and cannot be purchased or sold.
You will receive one Graduate ticket and four guests tickets, all with unique ticket order numbers and QR codes that cannot be duplicated or copied.
The creation, duplication, and/or distribution of tickets is prohibited and could be considered a violation of the Student Code of Conduct.
Example of what tickets will look like:
Allow four to six months for the completion of a degree evaluation, after which time diplomas will be mailed to the address listed on file in your eServices account.
No, there will be no rehearsal for the graduation.
Students will be directed the day of the event by staff members during the ceremony.
No, participating in the Graduation Ceremony is optional and not mandatory.
Students who are allowed to participate in the 2023 ceremony are graduates with an expected graduation term of Summer 2022, Fall 2022, and Spring 2023 who have applied to graduate.
If you do not complete the RSVP form, you will not be allowed to participate.
Requests to change petition information should be submitted to crc-degreeaudit@crc.losrios.edu. Students should be specific about the change(s) needed. Information updated through these requests is solely for the purposes of graduation petition tracking and the ordering of diplomas. The student’s permanent record will not be updated.
Name and/or address changes should also be made through eServices or by emailing admissions@crc.losrios.edu if a student’s permanent record needs to be updated.

Participating students who need specific accommodations should indicate this on the RSVP form and someone may reach out to you to discuss your accommodations.
Accommodation requests for participating students can be submitted on the RSVP form by April 20, 2023 at 5:00 pm.

No. Students who did not RSVP and arrive the day of graduation will not be issued a graduate pass and cannot enter the graduate area.
