New Student Friday Workshops
Note: Pre-registration to these events is closed; however same-day drop-ins are welcome for the afternoon session from 1:00 to 3:00 pm on a first-come, first-served basis, so please check in before 1:00 pm to reserve a spot.
If you have registered, you will automatically be placed in an enrollment session based on the orientation time you sign up for based on availability. This is first-come, first-served on the sign-up form. If there is no room in the orientation you prefer, you will be placed in the next timeslot.
Allow two hours for your orientation plus enrollment session.

Financial aid drop-in hours will be 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
During this workshop CRC financial aid experts will assist you in completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act (CADAA).

You will automatically be placed in an enrollment session based on the orientation time you sign up for.
30-minute same-day meetings with a specialist are available from 9:30 to 11:30 am and 1:00 to 3:00 pm by appointment. Check-ins for these meetings are from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. Once you check-in, an appointment will be made for you.

Checklist
If you are approved to attend New Student Saturday, please make sure to have the following:
- LRCCD student ID number. This number is also referred to as your W ID number. Lookup your student ID.
- LRCCD password. See Password Management for help.
- LRCCD PIN number. See the help video Using Your Student PIN for Remote Support.
- Your personal email address and password.
Parking and Directions
Please make sure to park in student designated spaces and avoid staff/faculty parking. Free parking available in parking lot B. See Parking and Maps.

Sessions are available on a drop-in basis throughout the day as room is available. Check-in at designated tables in the College Center lobby.
Students who signed up for Orientation were sent an email. If you do not check-in by the time outlined, your spot will be released to another student.

Due to capacity limits, guests cannot attend the Orientation or enrollment sessions.
