Bio: Hi! I’m Carrie Reyes Cruz! I’ve been with CRC since 2019, and I went through the Los Rios system after I graduated high school. I graduated from Sacramento State with a Bachelors in Studio Fine Art and I’m very passionate about helping new students navigate their way through the higher education process. I’m a first generation Nicaraguan American and first generation college student in my family. I love tabletop games, anime, movies and video games! I’m happy to help, and most of all, welcome to CRC!

Bio: Hello everyone. My name is Vanessa Werner and I am from California’s Central Valley. With over ten years of experience in higher education, I am deeply committed to supporting students and find great fulfillment in helping others reach their academic goals. As a first-generation college graduate myself, I understand the transformative power of a college degree and the opportunities it can create. I recognize that each student comes with their own unique background, experiences, and aspirations, and I am here to encourage, guide, and empower them as they pursue their educational journey. For fun, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, and listening to music. Welcome all to Cosumnes River College! I look forward to working with you.
Bio: Hi everyone! My name is Doua Yang. I grew up in Sacramento and have lived here most of my life. Despite living out of the city now, I am very excited to still be able to come back to my hometown and stay connected to the community that I am familiar with. I love working with people and am very excited to be helping students in achieving their academic goals here at CRC!
