Welcome to the Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) HAWKS Center at Cosumnes River College! We’re here to create a space where students feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

Our goal is simple: to help you succeed in college and beyond—through mentorship, community, counseling, and culturally responsive support.

What We Offer

Peer Mentorship – Connect with trained APIDA student mentors who can guide you through college life, share resources, and help you stay on track.
Community of Belonging – Join events, celebrations, and workshops that honor APIDA heritage and build belonging.
Student Success Coaching – Meet one-on-one with our Success Coach for academic support, financial aid help, and transfer planning.
Counseling Support – Get connected to APIDA HAWKS Center Counselor who can help you with education planning, career goals, and personal support.
Workshops and Leadership Development – Build skills, gain confidence, and explore opportunities through sessions on financial literacy, career planning, leadership development, and academic success.
