The 3rd Contact is no longer an online form. It is now a required in-person workshop that all EOPS students must attend.
The purpose of the 3rd Contact Workshop is to review your status at the end of the semester and discuss the classes you plan to take for the upcoming semester.
The 3rd Contact Workshops will take place Monday, November 9, 2026, through Friday, November 20, 2026. Please note that Wednesday, November 11, 2026, is a holiday, so the college and all campus offices will be closed.
Additional information, including the workshop schedule and available times, will be posted soon.
Don’t forget to complete the Supplemental Enrollment Form in eServices and register for classes as soon as your enrollment appointment begins. Your program will contact you if you need to submit any additional information or documentation.
